Where is OneSub (and Charlie) going?

I was asked the following, from an investor today, following our launch of Charlie on ProductHunt.

Congratulations on the launch of Charlie today. I know it’s been a long, hard slog — both since the initial building and launching of OneSub and the more recent pivot to Charlie.

I have nothing against the pivot, but I guess the inevitable question of “What’s next?” arises. Specifically, the questions around distribution and income generation are on my mind. Now that it has been built, how will “they come?”

Personally, I am still a OneSub subscriber. But Charlie for now seems to be free (download and no subscription offering). What do you think are the options to monetise Charlie?

Also, the reviews from the communities you provided in your update were great. Congratulations for getting those. But my assumption is that there is little to no budget for marketing available for the promotion of Charlie. So that raises the question as to what can be done in the coming weeks and months after the buzz from the initial launch.
